个人简介与工作经历

      同济大学青年百人计划 B岗,特聘研究员,博导。

      2009年和2012年分别获东南大学本科,硕士学位,2015年获新加坡南洋理工大学博士学位,2015年-2018年就职于英飞凌科技(Infineon Technologies),任模拟芯片研发工程师。2018年9月至今,就职于同济大学。截至2018年,已从事混合信号集成电路的研究工作有近8年,其中设计的电路包括高速高精度低功耗ADC,射频收发电路,433MHz的低功耗PLL,RFID标签芯片模拟前端,微处理器芯片的电源管理模块以及温度传感器芯片等等。

      已经发表SCI/EI 论文25篇,其中第一作者/通信作者18篇。发表的文章包括IEEE论文TVLSI,TCASII,IEEE Sensors Journal,ASSCC,TMTT,JSSC,ISSCC,IET EL等, 拥有申请/授权3项中国专利。IEEE Transaction 期刊 TCASI, TCASII,IEEE Open Access 审稿人。

      

研究方向:

1)高速,超高速ADC以及高精度ADC芯片设计。

    (现阶段主要研究内容,研究方向明确)。

2)低功耗零中频接收机。

3)面向IoT的温度传感器,数字电源管理电路及其他低功耗模拟IC设计。

4)抗辐射模拟IC设计。
